You know what needs to change. The problem is finding the time, headspace and support to actually change it.

You have probably had the conversations. You know the problems. You can see what needs to be different. But running a creative business at pace leaves almost no room to work on it properly. The client work fills the week. The team fills the gaps. And the things that would genuinely change how the business operates keep getting pushed to a month that never quite arrives.

Most coaching helps you think more clearly about the problem. The Embedded Partnership goes further. Kate does not just coach you from a distance. She gets into the business. Into the team. Into the work that actually needs doing to make the change stick.

Think of it as having a coach in residence. Someone who knows your creative business, understands how your team thinks and works alongside you to implement, not just advise.

I don't want someone who just adds to my list. I want someone who helps me implement.

What is the Embedded Partnership?

The Embedded Partnership is the most comprehensive way to work with Kate. A monthly retainer that combines ongoing 1:1 coaching with hands-on implementation, team involvement and the flexibility to use Kate’s time in the way that serves your business most in any given month.

Every month, you choose your session format. Two 90-minute coaching sessions or one Sharp Focus half-day on a specific problem. Then, once per quarter, a full day in the business is added on top. Working alongside you and your team on the things that need sustained attention and real implementation. Not instead of your monthly sessions. In addition to them.

The difference from the Growth Partnership is not just the flexibility. It is the team. At this level, Kate works with the people around you as well as with you. Sessions can involve relevant team members. The implementation happens in the room. And the changes reach further into the business because they are not just understood by you. They are owned by the people who need to carry them.

How your sessions work each month

Every month you choose the format that fits what the business needs right now. Plus, once per quarter, a full day in the business on top.

Two coaching sessions

Two 90-minute sessions across the month.

Founder-led or with relevant team members. Strategic thinking, decisions, direction.

OR One Sharp Focus session

A half-day on one specific problem.

Founder and team as needed. Something fixed, not just discussed.

PLUS A full day in the business

Once per quarter, in addition to your monthly sessions.

Kate alongside you and your team. Real implementation. Real change.

Working with your team

Creative businesses grow or stall at the team level. The founder who cannot delegate. The creative director who is the only person who can brief a project properly. The account manager who handles clients differently every time because there is no clear process to follow.

The Embedded Partnership reaches into those dynamics in a way that founder-only coaching cannot. You decide when team members join a session. Kate will also suggest it when she sees the opportunity. As she gets to know your business, she notices where a conversation would go further with a team member in the room, where someone needs to be part of a decision rather than just told about it, or where a shared conversation would move things faster than separate ones.

The result is a business that changes at every level. Not just a founder with better insight. A team that thinks, communicates and works together differently.

£3,250 per month

Runs in three month rolling blocks.

Founder Profile not yet completed? Your first month is £3,545, which includes the full assessment, your personalised report and your 1:1 debrief.

The Blindspot Business Assessment

For founders who want to extend the methodology into the whole team, the Embedded Partnership is where the Blindspot Business Assessment fits naturally. Every team member completes the Blindspot Profile. Kate delivers individual debriefs. And a half-day workshop brings the team together to understand each other’s thinking styles and what that means for how they work together.

For founders arriving from Perspective, the team can be brought in from the first month. For those coming in without Perspective, the team element typically begins in months four to six once the individual foundation work is properly established.

The Blindspot Business Assessment is charged separately based on team size. See the dedicated BBA page for full details.

Questions you might have

What is a fractional business coach?

A fractional business coach works inside your business rather than purely alongside it. The Embedded Partnership is Kate’s version of that model, built specifically for creative business owners. Rather than meeting once a fortnight and leaving you to implement alone, Kate is involved in the real work. In the sessions, in the team conversations and in the implementation that actually makes change stick in a creative business.

How does team involvement in sessions work?

Two ways. You can bring relevant team members into any session at your own discretion. Kate will also suggest it when she sees the opportunity. As she gets to know your business she notices where a conversation would go further with a team member present, or where someone needs to be part of a decision rather than just told about it. Both approaches are used in the right proportions at the right times.

How is this different from the Growth Partnership?

The Growth Partnership is primarily founder-level. Two sessions a month, built around how you think and what your business needs. The Embedded Partnership goes further in two significant ways. The monthly session format is flexible and a full day in the business is added every quarter on top. And the team is actively part of the engagement. Kate works with the people around you as well as with you.

How does the three month rolling block work?

The Embedded Partnership runs in three month cycles. Each cycle includes your monthly sessions plus the quarterly full day. At the end of each block you confirm whether you want to continue into the next one. If not, you give notice before the start of the next block. The block structure exists because the full quarterly day needs to be planned properly and the engagement works best when both parties are committed to the full cycle.

When does the team element begin?

It depends on where you are starting from. If you have already completed Perspective, the team can be brought in from the first month. If you are coming into the Embedded Partnership without Perspective, the individual foundation work typically takes three to six months before the team element is introduced. Kate will guide the timing based on what the business is ready for.

Do I need to have completed the Blindspot Founder Profile first?

Yes. The Founder Profile is the foundation the whole engagement is built on. If you have already completed it, your monthly investment is £3,250. If you have not yet done it, your first month is £3,545, which includes the full assessment, report and debrief.

The deepest, most comprehensive way to work with Kate. For founders who want the whole business to move, not just themselves.
