You understand how you think. Now imagine if your whole team did too.

You have done the work on yourself. You know your profile. You understand where your thinking is strong and where it creates blind spots. That self-awareness has changed how you lead, decide and operate.

But a creative business is not just one person. It is the sum of every thinking style in the room. The creative director whose rigour means every decision takes three times longer than it needs to. The account manager whose instinct for harmony means the difficult client conversation never happens. The founder whose speed means the team is always slightly behind on context.

The friction in a creative business is almost never personal. It is structural. It comes from people with genuinely different thinking styles working alongside each other without the language to understand why they keep clashing.

The Blindspot Business Assessment gives them that language.

We're already seeing the difference in how we talk, plan and get things done.

What is the Blindspot Business Assessment?

The Blindspot Business Assessment brings the full picture into focus. Every team member assessed. Every profile understood. And a half-day workshop that brings the whole team into the room to see each other clearly, often for the first time.

It is not a team-building exercise. It is not a personality quiz. It is a rigorous, structured process that produces lasting change in how a creative team understands and works with each other.

01

Team profiles

Every team member completes the Blindspot assessment online. The same framework as the Founder Profile, written for the employee experience.

02

Individual debriefs

Kate delivers a personalised 1:1 debrief to every team member. In person or online. A private conversation built entirely around their specific profile.

03

Team workshop

A half-day session in person. The whole team in the room together. Understanding each other’s profiles, exploring what that means for how they work together and leaving with a shared language for the business.

What the team leaves with

The Silverback Studios team went through the Blindspot Business Assessment. What they said afterwards describes something that is genuinely difficult to create in a creative business and genuinely powerful when it happens

"The conversation went much deeper than expected. The questions were poignant, allowing me to open up fully without any pressure."
"Kate has a great way of challenging you without making it uncomfortable. You can feel she genuinely cares about helping people grow."
"I first thought this would be more of the same. It was clear very quickly that this was going to be a different experience."
"Rarely do we have this opportunity. It was like work therapy."
"I think your approach, style and delivery is very thorough, bespoke and considered. You should be proud of your theory, practice and product."

The BBA is also available as part of the Embedded Partnership, where it is introduced at the right point in the engagement once the individual foundation work is established.

Is this right for you?

It is right for you if any of these sound familiar:

The founder’s Blindspot Profile is a prerequisite for the BBA. If you have not yet completed yours, that is the starting point. Everything else builds from it.

Questions you might have

Why does my team not communicate well?

In most creative businesses, communication problems are not about personality clashes or bad attitude. They are about people with genuinely different thinking styles operating without a shared language for those differences. A Driver who moves fast and expects the same pace from everyone. An Analyst who needs complete information before committing, which the Driver reads as hesitation. Neither is wrong. They just see the same situation through completely different lenses. The BBA gives both of them the language to understand that.

How do I improve team dynamics in a creative agency?

The BBA is built specifically for this. It works at the level of how people think, not just how they behave. The individual debriefs create genuine self-awareness in each team member. The workshop brings that into the group. The shared language that comes out of it changes how people communicate, give feedback and make decisions together. Multiple teams have described the difference as feeling it immediately rather than over time.

Do we need to be working with Kate already?

No. The BBA is available as a standalone product. Most founders who buy it have already worked with Kate in some capacity and come with a level of trust that helps the process land. But it stands on its own. The process is designed to work regardless of whether an ongoing coaching relationship exists.

Can the individual debriefs be done online?

Yes. The individual debriefs can be delivered in person or online depending on what works best for each team member. The team workshop is always in person. The physical room creates something the online format cannot replicate and Kate will not compromise on that for the workshop stage.

What if some team members are sceptical?

It is more common than you might think. Most people who describe themselves as sceptical going in come out describing it very differently. The individual debrief is where that shift tends to happen. It is a private, low-pressure conversation built entirely around that person. Not a test, not a judgement. The consistent feedback is that it goes deeper than expected and feels genuinely useful rather than performative.

Does the founder need to have completed their Blindspot Founder Profile first?

Yes. The founder’s profile is the foundation the BBA builds on. If you have not yet completed yours, that is the starting point. The BBA follows once the individual foundation is in place.

The missing piece is not more talent. It is a shared language for the talent you already have.
