Something has been holding your business back.

But it is not what you think it is.

It is not the market. It is not a strategy problem. It is not even the team.

It is the way you think. Your instincts, the ones that built this business in the first place, are also creating the patterns that keep repeating. The ceiling you keep hitting. The decisions that feel harder than they should. The things you know need to change but somehow never quite do.

You cannot grow beyond your own self-awareness. But once you can see it clearly, everything changes.

That is what Perspective is.

The six weeks with Blindspot were nothing short of game changing. We now have a new found clarity of what we do, why we do it and what we need to do next.

What is Perspective?

Perspective is a word that sits at the heart of the Blindspot methodology. Not as a buzzword. As a precise description of what becomes possible when a founder understands their own thinking clearly enough to work with it rather than be quietly shaped by it.

When the Navigator’s gift for long-term thinking is balanced with attention to the present. When the Driver’s speed is matched with care for the people around them. When the Analyst moves before every last data point is in. When the Connector has the difficult conversation that needed to happen.

That balance is Perspective. And it is what you leave this programme with.

What is the Perspective programme?

Perspective is a structured coaching programme built entirely on the insights your Blindspot Founder Profile reveals. Six sessions. A clear arc from self-understanding through to applied change and a final session that brings everything into focus.

The first session establishes your profile in depth, exploring exactly how your thinking is showing up in your business, for better and for worse, and sets the agenda for everything that follows. The middle sessions go into the specific areas your profile reveals directly, with practical work applied to your actual business. The final session, called Perspective, brings everything together into a clear picture of where you are, how you think and what you are building towards.

But Perspective is not just the sessions. It is what happens between them. Regular check-ins. Accountability on the actions you committed to. Kate alongside you as you implement, not just waiting for the next scheduled call. The work does not stop when the session ends. And that is what makes the difference between a programme you complete and one that actually changes something.

Choose your track

Perspective runs on two tracks. The content, the outcomes and the support are the same. The difference is the timeline. Both are deliberate choices. Neither is lesser than the other.

3 Month

For founders who want urgency and momentum

6 Month

For founders who want a manageable rhythm

Not sure which track is right for you? Kate will help you decide when you book. The answer usually becomes clear quickly once you talk through where you are right now.

The difference in price between the two tracks reflects the difference in access. On the 6 Month Track, Kate is in your corner for twice as long. More check-ins, more between-session support, more accountability across a longer runway.

Is this right for you?

It is right for you if any of these sound familiar:

Kate worked with me to make some strategic decisions for the future of my business. She helped me take the stress and emotion out of the decision-making process. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Questions you might have

How do I choose between the 3 Month and 6 Month track?

The 3 Month Track works best when you want urgency and momentum, have a specific deadline in mind, or simply want to move through the programme at pace. The 6 Month Track works best when a monthly commitment feels more manageable alongside everything else your business demands of you right now. Both tracks deliver the same outcomes and the same level of support. The difference is the rhythm, not the result.

The Founder Profile is included in the Perspective investment. If you have already completed it, that cost is deducted from your programme fee. Either way, the profile results are the foundation everything else is built on. The first session goes deep into what they mean for you and your business specifically.

This is the question Perspective is built to answer. Most recurring business problems are not strategy problems or market problems. They are thinking problems. The way you are wired to make decisions under pressure is the same whether you are running a three-person studio or a fifteen-person agency. Until you can see your thinking style clearly, the same patterns keep repeating. That is what the programme makes visible and then works to change.

The Sharp Focus sessions fix specific, named problems. Perspective works at a different level. It starts with how you think and works outward from there. The problems it addresses are often the same ones, but the approach is root cause rather than immediate fix. Many founders do both, using Sharp Focus sessions to address the most pressing problems and Perspective to understand the thinking behind them.

The most common reason coaching does not land is that it is too generic. Frameworks designed for corporate teams. Advice that could apply to any business in any sector. Kate has run a creative business herself. She knows the difference between a positioning problem and a process problem. And the Blindspot methodology is built specifically for founder-led businesses, not adapted from something designed for a different context entirely.

Yes. If you start on the 3 Month Track and find you need more time between sessions, or you start on the 6 Month Track and want to pick up the pace, that conversation is always available. If you switch to the 6 Month Track mid-programme, the price difference is added at that point. The programme adapts to where you are.

Why do I keep repeating the same patterns in my business?

The way you are wired to make decisions under pressure is the same whether you are running a three-person studio or a fifteen-person agency. I have tried coaching before and it did not work. Why would this be different?

The most common reason coaching does not land is that it is too generic. Frameworks designed for corporate teams. Advice that could apply to any business in any sector. Kate has run a creative business herself. She knows the difference between a positioning problem and a process problem. Can I switch tracks once the programme has started?

Yes. If you start on the 3 Month Track and find you need more time between sessions, or you start on the 6 Month Track and want to pick up the pace, that conversation is always available. If you switch to the 6 Month Track mid-programme, the price difference is added at that point. The programme adapts to where you are.

You already know something needs to change. Perspective is where that starts.
