Blindspot for Business is unique largely because of my experience in running my own businesses for a decade and combining this with Blindspot Theory in psychology. It is not a traditional approach to ‘business coaching’ and there isn’t a ‘plug and play’ option. Each programme or session is developed uniquely alongside you as the business owner and uses the information derived from your Blindspot Questionnaire. Each service is then tailored to an approach which will bring the most out of you and your business.
Blindspot for Business empowers business owners to create a business that gives you that all important work-life balance. The freedom to spend time with your family, to create memories and travel on adventures wherever takes your fancy.

Meet Kate - your growth & strategy partner
Hello, I’m Kate. I spent 10 years building and scaling a creative lifestyle business in retail, events and online sales. I know first-hand what it feels like to navigate the highs and lows on the rollercoaster of running your own business!
Along the way I had times when I really felt like I was winning - those pinch yourself moments where you can’t quite believe how much you have grown. I built a 6-figure brand and was privileged enough to be trusted with the most important celebrations in peoples’ lives.
I also had some dark and lonely times where I faced burnout, despair and the reality of feeling trapped inside a business that I had built with the intention of giving me more freedom.
At the end of 2022, I sold my business and realised the financial freedom to fulfil a desire to travel.
In 2023, I took a year off and travelled 12,000 miles across the UK and Europe
